Your account

Your account page is at cicada-ir.ai/account. Use it to see your licences, download images and update files, manage billing, and change your plan.

Signing in

There is no password. We email you a sign-in link.

  1. Go to cicada-ir.ai/account.
  2. Enter the email address you bought with, or your product key.
  3. We email a link to the address on record.
  4. Open the link and press Sign in.

The link works once and expires in 15 minutes. You stay signed in for up to 7 days, or 12 hours without use.

Licences

The page shows your current key's prefix, tier, number of users and expiry date. Older and replaced keys are listed under Earlier licences.

The page never shows a full key. Keys come by email.

Downloads

  • Images are available for every licence.
  • Update files are available for paid licences, including expired ones.
  • Each file shows its SHA-256, so you can check the download.
  • You can create up to 20 download links a day.

Billing

Press Manage billing. This opens Stripe, where you can see invoices, change your card, change your billing details, and cancel.

Changing your plan

  • Upgrades and added users: you are charged a prorated amount now. We email you a new key with the same expiry.
  • Lower tiers, fewer users, and monthly to yearly: these take effect at the end of your 12-month term.
  • You can have one change at a time.
  • Changes need a confirmation by email unless you signed in within the last 10 minutes.
